MitiBuild AI is a bookkeeping app for construction companies by Mitihub LLC. Without an account it works entirely on your device. With a company account it keeps one shared set of records for your crew — and because the crew shares one ledger, saving needs a connection: while the server is unreachable the app shows everything but writes nothing, and says so at the top of the Home screen.

С учётной записью компании держит общий учёт для всей бригады, а раз учёт общий — для записи нужна связь: пока сервер недоступен, приложение всё показывает, но ничего не сохраняет и пишет об этом на главной: «Нет связи — только просмотр».
