MitiBuild AI is a bookkeeping app for construction companies, developed by Mitihub LLC. Without an account it works entirely on your device and never goes online. If you create or join a company, the records live on a server we own and operate so that colleagues in the same company share one set of records — and while that server is unreachable the app shows your data but saves nothing.
An account is optional. The first screen offers “Work without a company for now”, and in that mode the app never contacts the network: everything you enter — transactions, categories, accounts, counterparties and receipt photos — stays in the app's local storage on your phone and is sent nowhere.
If you create or join a company, the records of that company are copied to our server so your colleagues can see them. What is transmitted:
Data belongs to your company and is isolated from every other company by the server itself. We do not sell it, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to train anything. Inside your company, who sees which figures is decided by the owner.
When you photograph a receipt, the text is recognised by your phone (Apple Vision on iOS, ML Kit on Android). The photo is not sent to any recognition or AI service, ours or anyone else's. The category suggestion and the built-in assistant are a small model that learns inside the app and sends nothing anywhere.
If your company keeps this switched on, the app contributes anonymous price lines from receipts — the item, unit, unit price, currency, shop and date — so that companies can compare prices. Your company name, the buyer and the receipt total are never included, and a price is shown to others only after at least three independent companies have recorded it. The owner can switch this off in the app at any time.
The app has a public side, where tradesmen offer their work and companies look for people. It is open to everyone who uses the app: whatever you put there is meant to be seen by strangers, and what to put there you decide yourself.
All of this is moderated. The rules are accepted before the first post, reply or job posting; abusive wording is hidden by the server as it is written, before anyone sees it; every post, reply, profile, photo, job posting and message carries “Report”, and any person can be blocked, in both directions. Three reports hide a post and two hide a reply on their own, and we answer reports within 24 hours. A moderator can hide material; deleting it stays the author's own right.
A person who takes a job inside a company leaves this public side while he works there: he is not shown in the catalogue and the feed is closed to him. The profile itself is kept and comes back when he leaves.
Camera and photo library access is requested when you photograph or attach a receipt, and when you add photos or a video of your work to the feed. The microphone is used for the sound in such a video and for the voice assistant; speech is recognised on the device itself and the recording is sent nowhere. Location is requested at the moment you tap to mark a shop on the map, and — only if you switch it on yourself in “My location” — to show colleagues in your company where you are during the working day. That switch is off by default, the app takes no position while it is not in front of you, and the points are deleted after 30 days.
The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking SDKs. The only third-party service is Firebase Cloud Messaging, used solely to deliver push notifications.
You can export your records to CSV or a full backup file at any time through the system share sheet; the app itself sends them nowhere.
You can delete your account from inside the app: More → Profile → “Delete account”. This deletes your sign-in record from our server permanently. If you own a company that still has employees in it, you are asked to hand the company over first, so that deleting one person does not erase everyone else's work; a company with no one else in it is deleted together with your account. Records already stored on your own phone stay on the phone, and the app keeps working without an account. Deleting the app from your device removes the local copy but does not delete data already synchronised to your company. Your profile in the catalogue, your posts in the feed, your replies, job postings and messages are deleted together with the account.

Данные принадлежат вашей компании, и сервер отделяет их от любой другой компании. Мы их не продаём, не передаём рекламодателям и ни на чём не обучаем. Кто внутри компании видит какие суммы, решает её владелец.
Когда вы снимаете чек, текст распознаёт сам телефон (Apple Vision на iOS, ML Kit на Android). Фотография не отправляется ни в какую службу распознавания или ИИ — ни в нашу, ни в чужую. Владелец может выключить обмен ценами в приложении в любой момент.
В приложении есть открытая часть: мастера показывают свою работу, а компании ищут людей. Она видна всем, кто пользуется приложением, — то, что вы туда кладёте, предназначено для посторонних глаз, и что именно класть, решаете вы.
Всё это под модерацией. Правила принимаются до первой публикации, ответа и заявки; брань сервер прячет прямо при записи, до того как её кто-то увидит; у каждой записи, ответа, анкеты, фотографии, заявки и сообщения есть «Пожаловаться», а любого человека можно заблокировать — в обе стороны. Три жалобы скрывают запись и две скрывают ответ сами, без модератора, а на жалобы мы отвечаем в течение суток. Модератор может скрыть материал; удалить его — право автора.
Кто устроился работать в компанию, на время работы уходит из открытой части: в каталоге его не показывают, лента ему закрыта. Сама анкета сохраняется и возвращается, когда он уйдёт.
Доступ к камере и галерее запрашивается, когда вы снимаете или прикрепляете чек и когда добавляете в ленту фотографии или ролик своей работы. Микрофон нужен для звука в таком ролике и для голосового помощника; речь распознаётся на самом телефоне, и запись никуда не отправляется. Геопозиция запрашивается в момент, когда вы сами отмечаете магазин на карте, и — только если вы включили это сами в разделе «Моя геопозиция» — чтобы коллеги по компании видели, где вы в рабочий день. Переключатель по умолчанию выключен, в фоне приложение положение не берёт, а отметки удаляются через 30 дней.
В приложении нет аналитики, рекламы и сторонних следящих SDK. Единственная сторонняя служба — Firebase Cloud Messaging, и только для доставки уведомлений.
Вы можете в любой момент выгрузить свои записи в CSV или полную резервную копию через системное окно «Поделиться»; само приложение никуда их не отправляет.
Удалить учётную запись можно прямо в приложении: «Ещё» → «Профиль» → «Удалить аккаунт». Запись входа удаляется с нашего сервера навсегда. Если вы владелец компании, в которой ещё работают люди, сначала попросят передать компанию — чтобы удаление одного человека не стёрло работу остальных; компания, в которой больше никого нет, удаляется вместе с учётной записью. Записи на вашем телефоне остаются, и приложение продолжает работать без учётной записи. Удаление приложения с устройства стирает местную копию, но не удаляет данные, которые уже уехали в вашу компанию. Анкета в каталоге, ваши записи в ленте, ответы, заявки и переписка удаляются вместе с учётной записью.
